I will ensure all constitutional protections, civil rights, as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution are provided equally to all Americans irrespective of race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or other class.
I will immediately initiate repeal of every federal law which infringes upon your constitutional rights.
By executive order I intend to repeal previous executive orders instituted by presidents before me which either involve areas the federal government is not authorized to address or which granted unconstitional power to federal employees over the rights of American citizens.
I will veto all unconstitutional bills presented to me by Congress.
Restore Civil Liberties
I will end the civil liberty violations of any legislation such as the 'Patriot Act,' restoring the American civil liberties we have lost.
I oppose the Real ID.

I will seek restoration of the literal interpretation of each Bill of Right - no exceptions: Freedom to speak your mind; worship; protest; own firearms; privacy, due process; property ownership; protection even if charged or convicted of a crime; etc. Your rights as an American citizen, whether in regards to your property, gun ownership, right to worship or abstain from worship, right to speech, privacy, your body and medical choices, drugs, sexuality-and all our other un-enumerated rights under the Ninth Amendment of the Bill of Rights will be protected.
States will have more power to govern their citizens free from federal government intrusion.
However, where constitutionally guaranteed rights are concerned, I oppose any State's ruling which violates them (this is the function of our Supreme Court and is why I would only appoint those whose priority is the Constitution/Bill of Rights.)
End Federal Discrimination
I will work to end all discriminatory federal practices such as federal quotas or affirmative action and similar laws.
I oppose the discriminatory Don't Ask Don't Tell policy.
I oppose the discriminatory persecution suffered by women in our armed forces.
Women, minorities, and any other group which has been previously discriminated against should have equal opportunity to federal jobs, etc., but with no preferential treatment.
I oppose all laws making some crimes worse than others based on assumed motives-- every crime to be judged on the law broken not who committed the crime, who the victim was, or why. Equality under law for all; strong enforcement of the existing laws we have protecting all individuals of our nation against being harmed.
Prisons
I will end all support (due to political expediency) to world leaders who themselves violate human rights of their people, and will order humane treatment and due process for all imprisoned by the US government be they American citizens incarcerated in federal prisons or foreigners.
I will not permit the use of evidence obtained by torture.
In addition, I am aware of the deplorable and inhumane conditions in many American prisons, and intend to work closely with the governors of all states to solve this problem.
Government Accountability
All Americans will be treated equally under the law.
Allegations of federal misconduct will be investigated with any governmental and military wrongdoing found prosecuted.
